About the role

As a Care Partner in our Terrace Club neighborhood, you provide personalized, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents, helping create meaningful and successful days.

What you’ll do

Provide hands-on care andProvide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)

High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
Experience working with seniors preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and organizational skills
