This position is eligible for shift and weekend differentials depending on hours worked.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader-Pediatric General Medical/Surgical to: Join our NEWEST unit at the American Family Children’s Hospital This 9 bed unit will care for children from infancy through adolescence. Care for patients who have a wide variety of complex medical and surgical problems, including: General Surgery, Trauma Surgery, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, other surgical specialties and medical observation (OBS) Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
Analyze and resolve problems that fall outside the domain of the nurse clinician and collaborate with other departments and care providers. Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
