You’ll need
Certifications
✓CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED required.
Qualifications
✓Must be able to read, write, and understand verbal and written communication.
✓Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and perform physical activities associated with childcare.
✓Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills.
✓Passion for working with young children in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Previous experience in a licensed child care setting preferred.
Experience implementing age-appropriate educational and developmental activities. preferred
Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices. preferred
Experience communicating with parents and guardians regarding child development and progress. preferred
