- 2. Two (2) years of technical school training in trades and/or a minimum of ten years of appropriate commercial/residential construction experience preferred. 3. - Office, room, building layout and planning
- Rough framing – metal & wood
- Finished carpentry
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Casework installation
- Countertop installation
- Lay-in ceiling installation
- Carpet/VCT/vinyl floor covering installation
- Concrete work and finishing
- Brick and block work
- Construction supervision
- Project take-off and estimating project management 5. Must be familiar with tools, identification and use, related building codes, general mechanical repairs, machine operations and preventive maintenance gained through direct contact in a maintenance shop or maintenance activities.
