Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field within a behavioral health setting.
✓Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, or developmental disabilities.
✓Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
