Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

The Case Manager works under the guidance of the Clinical Director while mentoring case management staff. The Case Manager collaborates with other healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of quality services to Calvary patients. The Case Manager is knowledgeable about and responsible for treatment plans, utilization review, discharge planning, psychoeducation groups, and case management.
