Contribute to a positive work environment via ministry to staff. Fully Meets Expectations: Extending the provision of hospital-wide services begun by day chaplains, e.g., blessing of the hands, imposition of ashes, etc., as needed in the hospital. Exceeds Expectations: Provide organized/formal prayer services to groups of staff after difficult patient care situations and /or employee crisis/death; Sets a New Standard: With authorization, offers extended services that assist the department in enhancement of staff care as acknowledged by hospital leadership.
