• 100%, FTE day/evening, 10 hour shifts, 7:00am-5:30pm, rotating on-call. This position is located at SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford IL. We are currently seeking a Cath Lab Rad Tech to: Play a vital role in a variety of invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures, assisting physicians in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment. Utilize specialized imaging and hemodynamic monitoring technology to support accurate diagnoses, procedural success, and exceptional patient outcomes. Work alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, maintaining sterile technique and providing critical support throughout complex cardiovascular procedures. Contribute to a culture of quality and clinical excellence through continuous learning, equipment quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and team education. • Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Graduate of a two year technical degree program in Radiology Technology. Required Work Experience Previous experience in special procedures/cath lab. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency of Nuclear Safety and current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Required Bi-annual CPR/ACLS certification required, if does not have ACLS it will be required on year from the hire date.
