- đ¨ Now Hiring: Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) â Cardiac Cath LabAre you a skilled cardiovascular professional who thrives in a fast-paced, procedural environment? Weâre looking for a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) to join our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team! Responsibilitiesâ¤ď¸ What Youâll DoAs a member of the Cath Lab team, you will perform a diverse range of technical and clinical responsibilities, including:
- Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with cardiac Cath Lab procedures while maintaining a high standard of patient care
- Document and report technical data accurately throughout procedures
- Maintain strict sterile technique and sterile fields
- Demonstrate proficiency with Cath Lab equipment and technology
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the cardiovascular care team
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric patientsđĽ Patient Population
- Adults: 18â64 years
- Geriatric: 65+ years Qualificationsđ Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- In lieu of a cardiovascular degree/program, 10+ years of Invasive Cath Lab experience may be considered
- BLS â American Heart Association
- ACLS â American Heart Association
- CCI Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required
