Job Details Center for Care Coordination Clinical Capacity Director Position Overview Directs patient flow, capacity management, and bed placement across Catholic Health entities while leading clinical teams and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Requirements & Qualifications Clinical
5-7+ years in acute care with leadership in patient flow, bed placement, or capacity management. Management
Experience supervising and managing clinical teams. Licensure &
Active RN license (required); Master of Science in Nursing (preferred). Core Competencies: Strong leadership, financial acumen, crisis management, cross-departmental collaboration, and analytical problem-solving. Travel: Ability to travel across Catholic Health facilities as needed.

Posted Salary Range USD $160,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
