- To perform all responsibilities of a Central Scheduler in addition to the following:
- Assist in achieving departmental goals and performance objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members, including the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and workflow activities to ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are met.
- Communicate expectations, priorities, and operational updates to staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated scheduling issues, collaborating with staff, providers, and leadership as needed.
