✓Support staff certification preparedness by providing educational resources and conducting review sessions as needed.
✓Valid Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA), required.
✓Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required.
Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER), Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS), or Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) certification, preferred.
Education
✓Associate degree in a health-related field, required.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years of related experience within a Central Sterile Processing environment, required; five (5) or more years preferred.
✓Valid driver’s license with access to insured transportation, required.
