Job Summary The Educator for sterile processing and high-level disinfection is responsible for advancing excellence in education, competency management and standardized practice across sterile processing, high-level disinfection and related perioperative services. The role ensures staff competency, regulatory compliance, standardization of practices and continuous quality improvement in alignment with accreditation and professional standards. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft office (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint), presentation skills, oral and written communication skills. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Healthcare, Education, Nursing, Public Health or related field. At least 3 years of related work experience are required for this position.
