Development, implementation and administering an efficient and effective material supply support program that meets the needs and exceeds the needs of the medical facility and patients serviced including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Ordering of daily supplies for the hospital, following up, making sure Accounts Payable has copies of the purchase orders. Work the outstanding receiving report, reports damaged items, returns, and credits.
Stickers any received items, filling stations, and distributing stock as needed. Work closely with the Accounting Department on ordering issues that may arise.
