The phlebotomist is the departmental ambassador and is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This position does not have access to funds. Certified as a Phlebotomy Technician (PBT/CPT) as outlined in AHS Laboratory SOP Name: Certification Pathway and Certification. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and/or Electrocardiogram (EKG) as needed depending on position. Why Caregivers Stay?
