The Certified Athletic Trainer partners with student-athletes, coaches, and healthcare professionals to promote athlete health, safety, and performance. Serving St. Cloud State University, this role provides athletic training coverage at practices and sporting events, delivers injury prevention education, evaluates and treats musculoskeletal injuries, and develops individualized rehabilitation programs.
The Athletic Trainer ensures seamless coordination of care with medical providers and maintains comprehensive records to support effective treatment and positive athlete outcomes. This position will support St. Cloud State University primarily, with some possible clinic coverage in the summer when school is out of session.

Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field required; master’s degree preferred Licensed as an Athletic Trainer with MN Board of Medical Practice. 2+ years of experience in athletic training setting preferred Valid driver's license in good standing required To be eligible for the relocation bonus you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away and relocate to within 30 miles of primary work location within 120 days.
