Focuses on the psychosocial development of children, providing emotional support, developmentally appropriate information, and play opportunities to help them cope. Utilizes play and self-expressive activities to minimize stress and anxiety for patients and families. May assist in application review and interview process for child life students and serve as a child life mentor.

Other duties as assigned Maintains professional development and appropriate certifications. Maintain child life certification by attending professional development webinars, in services, and conferences. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Meets all requirements for CLS
