and Responsibilities As our Certified Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will be a recognized expert and leader in pharmaceutical care, driving optimal medication outcomes and promoting safe, effective, and evidence-based pharmacotherapy for complex patient populations. Every day you will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services, including comprehensive medication management, pharmacokinetic dosing, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and drug information to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
