Flexible, no Holidays no weekends, further schedule to be discussed during interviewAssists members by correcting exercise techniques and ensuring safety during free weight use. Communicates continually with members on the exercise floor, encouraging and motivating them. Listens and responds appropriately to member concerns, complaints, and suggestions.
Cleans equipment and inspects it for safety on a daily basis. Assists with community, corporate, and employee wellness health screenings. Participates in all special promotions, incentive, and motivational programs.
Conducts center tours for visitors and provides a complete explanation of services. Assists members in freezing, canceling, or activating memberships in accordance with department policies. Confirms that all new members or guests have completed and signed paperwork.
Maintains an organized and clean membership counter area and work station. Answers telephones, accurately records, and forwards messages. Assesses members' pulse upon request.
