Maintain accurate medical records by documenting patient histories, vital signs, and provider encounters to support clinical decision-making. Facilitate seamless provider workflows by transcribing orders, coordinating tests, and clearly communicating follow-up instructions.
Manage clinical resources and treatment areas to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all patients. Provide essential administrative support, from patient communication to record maintenance, to keep the department running efficiently. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date. Registered Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Registry of Medical Assistants also accepted.
Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date OR job transfer date.
