Days l Full-time How you’ll make an impact in this role Direct Patient Support: Assist providers with patient examinations, measure vital signs, and execute ordered treatments and procedures under supervision. Clinical & Administrative Flow: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain a clean environment, and manage basic materials ordering and stocking to ensure operational efficiency. Accurate Documentation: Interview patients for medical history, accurately chart all information, and precisely transcribe provider orders for lab tests, radiology, and medications.

Office Management: Handle critical clerical duties, including answering calls and maintaining organized patient records to support a seamless practice flow. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required: Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Registry of Medical Assistants obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Association for Health Professionals obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Allied Health National Certification and Registration obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences: Must be a resident of Washington, DC.

Must be able to work Monday through Friday; 7am to 3:30pm.
