Full-time | Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver personalized patient care by greeting individuals warmly, preparing them for examinations, obtaining accurate vital signs, and assisting providers during clinical treatments. Streamline the patient-provider encounter through real-time documentation of symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, and order transcriptions to ensure complete, high-quality medical records.
Optimize exam room readiness by maintaining immaculate care spaces, ensuring essential clinical supplies are fully stocked and accessible for efficient treatments. Support seamless clinic operations by handling essential administrative tasks, managing incoming communications, and keeping patient data organized to maintain a stress-free care journey. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration : BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable Additional Preferences: Prior CMA experience preferred MA Certification and/or Registration in good standing through AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA Must either be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or in school currently to obtain your CMA/RMA.
