- Enable the Physician and APP to practice at the top of their licenses, improving clinical efficiency and patient throughput.Provides critical clinical support, care coordination, documentation, patient communication, and workflow management across both practice settings.Enhances patient access, operational performance, and the overall patient experience for sports medicine and musculoskeletal services.Establishes the clinical infrastructure necessary for successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the partnership.Build meaningful connections with patients and support their healthcare journey.Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and other clinical laboratory responsibilities.Maintain accurate patient records, referrals, and EMR documentation.Support front-office operations including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification.Reinforce patient education and care plans to promote positive health outcomes.Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented healthcare environment focused on excellence. What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required. Candidates will provide proof of current certification from one of the approved certifying registries including:
- CMA with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- CCMA with the National Health Career Association (NHA)
- RMA with the American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
- American Allied Health (AAH) RMA with the American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA). If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration by the end of the sixth month of their hire and sign an education agreement.
Previous work in a medical office, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required. Current State Drivers License (Palliative Care Only), required.
