Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Assisted/Independent Living

Administer medications to residents as per prescribed schedules. Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report findings. Assist residents with daily living activities, providing support and companionship.

Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and family members regarding resident care. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.

Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain certification and enhance skills. Requirements Must be a Certified Medication Aide with valid certification. Previous experience in Assisted or Independent Living environments preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Compassionate and patient-centered attitude towards elderly care.

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
