Title: Certified Medicine Tech Department: Skilled Nursing Part-time, evening shift

Administers medication under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. Takes vital signs, following correct procedure. Assists with orientation of patient/resident/family to unit, facility and services.
Assists the patient/resident with routine activities of daily living. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), state approved Certification required. 3. Certified Nursing Assistant / Medication, state approved Certification required. 4.
