As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery journey.
How You'll Contribute A Certified Nursing Assistant who excels in this role: Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Provides compassionate patient care and emotional support. Obtains and records vital signs and reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Answers call lights and responds promptly to patient needs. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Supports nurses and the interdisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensure & Certifications Current State CNA certification required. Current CPR/BCLS certification required or obtainable upon hire. Experience Minimum six months of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
