Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

How you'll contribute: A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role: Patient Care & Newborn Support Provides basic patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs, intake/output, blood glucose testing, and assistance with daily living activities. Observes and reports changes in patient condition and provides comfort and emotional support.

Assists with newborn care, hearing screenings, metabolic screenings, weights, measurements, and family-centered care practices. Maintains newborn testing equipment and supplies. Family-Centered Care Promotes a compassionate, respectful environment for patients and families.

Encourages family involvement in care and communicates effectively to support a positive patient experience. Responds to patient and visitor needs while protecting privacy and confidentiality. Safety & Security Supports newborn security and unit safety policies.

Monitors visitor access and compliance with security procedures. Reports safety or security concerns promptly. Participates in infant security drills and collaborates with the healthcare team to maintain a safe environment.

What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Oregon CNA License Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
