✓What Your Day Looks Like: Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.
✓Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
✓Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
✓Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
✓Providing safe, appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up.
✓Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating Hours: Varies upon shift Shift Differential $1- $3.50 additional, depending on shift.
