7:00 a.m. – 3:00 9.m., Day Shift
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and other routine needsProvide compassionate care while maintaining resident comfort, privacy, and dignityObserve residents and promptly report changes in condition or status to the nursing teamDocument care and assistance provided according to established proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residentsWork under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge NurseCollaborate with the care team to support each resident’s individualized plan of care What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.
1 year of experience in Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
