As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings. You’ll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers. Principle Responsibilities CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive inhouse OB and maternal fetal medicine groups We attend approximately 40-50 births per month with three affiliated clinics. "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital. Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.

Flat Rate: $72.00 per hour *This position is paid on a standard non-negotiable hourly rate. Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
