Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for diverse members of our central Florida community, principally providing coverage services to private practice providers. Ability to obtain an active licensure in Florida as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a qualification of Certified Nurse
Midwife renewed every two (2) years in compliance with the Florida Board of Nursing. Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification; and NRP certification. Experience Two (2) years of experience as a practicing Certified Nurse
Midwife (CNM); candidates who do not meet this requirement but have a strong midwifery/nursing background (within the specialty) may be considered. Preferred experience with first assisting in surgical procedures; candidates who do not meet this requirement but exhibit a willingness to learn this skill will be considered.
