Mid-Shift, 11:00 AM- 11:00 PM
Provide direct patient care and support under the direction of the nursing team. Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility and comfort needs. Obtain and document vital signs and other patient information.
Assist the clinical team with patient care, treatments and procedures within scope of practice. Respond to patient needs and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team member. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, efficient and compassionate emergency care.
What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.
One year preferred. One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/Certification:Completion of NAI program, required.
Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
