MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Critical Care Unit at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta, Maine. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced critical care team while caring for patients with complex medical needs. You'll gain valuable hospital experience while making a meaningful difference for patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

36 hours per week
Nights (7p-7a)
Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical and spiritual needs. Greets patients and visitors.
Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls. Calls codes, pages, and overhead announcements as requested. Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping unit and patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
