Licensure
✓Our home health aides provide paraprofessional services to our patients in their homes, following physician orders and in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements and our policies and procedures.
Certifications
✓Must be a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Connecticut
✓Active CT, CNA certification in good standing
Education
✓High School diploma or GED required.
✓Completion of federally compliant training program as required by law/regulation and successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
Qualifications
✓Documentation of one year’s employment as an aide in an institution, home care, or hospice setting.
✓Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
