You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current CNA certification for Long Term Care in the state of Mississippi
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required within 90 days of hire
✓Blood Glucose Monitoring Certification – required within 90 days of hire
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
✓Ability to work effectively under supervision and in high-stress environments
✓Skilled in time management, prioritization, and multitasking
✓Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer proficiency
✓Committed to safety, confidentiality, and quality resident care
✓Flexible and dependable, with willingness to work varied shifts as needed
✓Able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and assist with resident transfers
✓Prior experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
