Licensure
✓CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of practice Upon Hire (Required) and BCLS - Basic Life Support Like AHA or Red Cross Within Facility-Specified time frame (Required)
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent including education equivalent to completion of secondary school or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the role. (Preferred)
Qualifications
✓Must read, write and speak fluent English.
✓Must have good and regular attendance.
✓Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
✓Basic computer knowledge.
✓Able to organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities and function under stressful situations.
✓Ability to maintain a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
✓Approximate percent of time required to travel:
6 months in an acute care or long-term care facility (Preferred)
