They play a critical role in observing patients, reporting changes, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment to promote recovery. Responsibilities ** We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Med
• Surg/Telemetry team. Under RN supervision, you will assist patients with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe environment. Basic patient care: help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating Vital signs monitoring: take and record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation Mobility assistance: help patients get in and out of bed, walk, or use assistive devices.
