✓Requirements
Certifications
✓Demonstrates the ability to perform all skills required for the Skilled Nursing unit’s population by rendering professional certified nursing assistant care including, but not limited to measuring vital signs
✓Certification/Licensure-DUE UPON HIRE
✓Certified Nurse Aid Certificate
✓Additional Certification/Licensure - Obtained based on required timeframe below
✓Basic Life Support
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED and completion of an approved Nurse Aide training course required.
Qualifications
✓Successful completion of technician course at FGH during clinical orientation required.
✓Nurse Aide work experience required.
✓Within 30 Days of Employment
