You’ll need
Certifications
✓Current Maryland CNA I / GNA (Certified Nursing Assistant I / Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
✓Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications
✓Less than 1 year of healthcare experience required; long-term care experience preferred
✓Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (Synquest preferred)
Experience with Hoyer lifts, specialty beds, and resident mobility equipment preferred
