Certified Nursing Assistant I

What We Offer Currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA for our General Med Surg unit. Location - Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC Shift - 7:00PM-7:00AM, Full-time Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

High School Diploma or GED, required.

One year preferred. One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required.

Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
