You’ll need
Licensure
✓Valid CNA certification in the state of California
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives.
✓Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to licensed practical nursing.
✓Demonstrate the willingness and ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. Be flexible and demonstrate teamwork.
✓Compassionate and patient demeanor.
✓Three to Six months experience in SNF setting.
✓Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and health clearance which includes a physical exam, TB testing, and immunization review.
