Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing teamSupport patient mobility, comfort, and safetyMeasure and record vital signs as directedMaintain a clean and safe patient environmentCollaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide outstanding patient care What We're Looking ForEducation: High school diploma required.

Completion of NAI program required.

One year preferred. Licensure/certification/registration: Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. BLS Health Care Provider required.
