✓Conducting therapeutic assessments and collecting data to inform individualized treatment plans.
✓Developing and implementing recreational therapy interventions to address the unique needs of each patient.
✓Participating actively in multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure holistic care.
✓Leading group sessions and designing group programming to promote therapeutic outcomes.
✓Recommending and incorporating alternative therapies such as art, music, yoga, and more into individualized patient programming.
✓NYS Education Dept. License.

We're dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can thrive. Full Time- 8:00am-4:00pm with 2 weekend shifts per month required Your Role: As a COTA at BryLin, you will: Address all needs of Therapeutic Assessment. Collect data and make recommendations, including programming/groups.
