Abstracting: analyze patient information required for state and national reporting and codes the information in the electronic data base utilizing the required coding sources including, but not limited to: ICD0

Data Entry: enter the required patient information accurately and in timely manner to meet requirements and data edit standards for the National Cancer Data Base and NC Central Cancer Registry.
