• **75,000 Start Date Bonus plus No Call** HCA Healthcare is seeking a CRNA to join their collaborative team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. This is a no call, no nights, no weekends position that provides excellent work/life balance. Qualified Candidates/Opportunity highlights: Care Team Model of 2 Cardiac, 4 General Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No OB/Trauma/Peds. No Call. Shift model: 8s or 10s available. Physician cover nights/weekends and can do their own cases. CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency. Incentive/Benefits Package: Very competitive base salary plus 10,000 geographic stipend. Additional 15,000 stipend if cardiac proficient. 75,000 Start Date Bonus, with early sign-on option Up to 15,000 relocation assistance available. 8 weeks Time Away from Practice , no waiting period, increased with years of service. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift or opts to pick-up extra.
