Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Required
HS Diploma or GED. Required
Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred. Required
of two years in the Operating Room Required
Certified Surgical First Assistant within 90 days of hire/transfer. Required Other: Maintain BLS certification Preferred
