Description

The Certified Surgical Tech II is responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures. The Certified Surgical Tech II is an employee with greater than 1 years’ experience and an employee who is proficient in the following surgical specialties: General Surgery, Urology, Eyes (cataracts), GYN, and Hand specialty, and additionally, demonstrates proficiency and skill in basic spine procedures (Laminectomies), Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Total Joint Surgery.
