Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital!You will function as a scrub person, circulation assistant, and member of the surgical team. You will assist in the care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the Operating Room. 5:00p with rotation to 845a
7:00p once a week at NewYork
Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortland Manor, New York. There is an on-call requirement for weeknights, weekends and holidays.Preferred Criteria Prior experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care settingRequired CriteriaHigh school diploma or GED.Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting. New Graduates: Certification must be obtained within six months of hire. Must supply exam date prior to start of employment and complete a probationary period of six (6) months from date of hire.Knowledge of Perioperative Nursing Practice & Patient Care.Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
