What You Can Expect: Part Time position 8 hours per week for the Boise Hospital 24 hours per week for the Boise Cancer Institute This role would require an individual who is: Highly adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations A quick learner who can integrate effectively into different teams and units Skilled in triaging spiritual care needs, particularly during traumas, deaths, code situations, and other critical events Strong in interpersonal and relationship-building skills Demonstrates sound critical-thinking and decision-making abilities Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and staff across the system
Master's Degree.
4 years’ of experience. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License & Insurance. Documentation of endorsement by a recognized religious or spiritual organization to provide spiritual care in a clinical setting.
