Required Must have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education.
Required Completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education in a hospital setting. Preferred Work Experience No minimum experience required. 5 years Pastoral ministry in a church setting. Preferred 3 years Pastoral care as a chaplain in a hospital, hospice or other care facility.
Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed or ordained chaplain, and in good standing with their faith tradition. Required Membership (or eligibility for membership in) the Association of Professional Chaplains or the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. Preferred APC Board Certification.
